When I made the appointment for the recall, they checked to make sure they had the part in stock and I was told it would take about 3 hours. After 5 hours I called, was transferred twice and after 20 minutes was told something about a bolt being hard to get off or some such, but they were working on it and would call me back. An hour later they called to say it wasn’t ready and they’d work on it as soon as they came in the next morning and it should be ready by 9:30. At 10:36 I finally got a call saying it was ready.

Was totally pleased with a gentleman that check to me in he was a breath of fresh air fantastic smile great personality. Always satisfied with your staff very professional and workmanship is also very professional.

They repaired my wife’s car with her oxygen sensor and she didn’t even put 20 miles on it and another one went out they covered the first one they said the second one is the warranty would only cover half of it the car only has 34,000 miles on it they want $500 to replace one oxygen sensor we will never be back there again and I will tell all my friends

The windshield wiper reservoir was empty. No one said anything. Y to he filter was not checked or at least other times I have been asked about it. Terrell was extremely nice and professional. I know it is a busy service but the techs should include these things each time

The entire service department was friendly and wearing mask for our safety. They took took care of all the issues with staying on budget.
