They took the radio antenna off when they serviced the truck and did not put it back on. I found it laying along side the drivers seat.

Timely and professional

My car was not washed. I didn't realize it until I was already driving off and didn't want to go back and wait any longer.

I brought my Murano in on 7/1 for an oil change and tire rotation. One of the tired had a slow leak, so I asked them to check it and give me a price for 4 new tires. My oil was changed and I was told that the tire was fine. I said “Really? I have had to put air in it 3 times and it keeps going low”. Terrell assured me that it was fine and said “if it happens again, bring it back”. Surprise, it was low again on 7/5. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and expressed my frustration that they did nothing to correct the issue and I had to make a second trip. They patched it for free and gave me a slip of paper showing the front tires are extremely worn and need to be replaced ASAP. I have only had my Murano serviced at the dealership, so I believe they had not been rotating them. I will not use this service department again after this experience. I bought tires elsewhere.
