when they got done with my oil change the mechanic could have told the service man that my vehicle was done instead of leaving it parked outside and I waited for an extra 1 1/2 hours. I was very happy with Chris who checked me in.

Chris was great. Our service appt was a bit different because we had an issue with car that could not be explained. Chris reviewed the situation in using the computer diagnostic machine...might not pick up any problem. He kept us in loop every step of way as they test drove vehicle and put on monitor. All checked out, and we were grateful for his honesty and professionalism! No issue detected; however, as a result of Chris’ interaction with us; we are now confident in result and feel safe in driving it.
Just a small thing.. car is running just fine. Had electrical issues that got fixed, but the stereo doesn't work.

I was kid quoted on my service and the manager Kenny would not honor it. He even went out his way to tell me he can put my old rotors back on so I dont have to pay for the service. I am not happy. I have filed a formal complaint and went to social media
