Everyone was friendly and professional. I was satisfied with the service rendered. However, life could have been easier if there was a service to pick up customers once the service is complete. Because my husband was out of town, I had to FIND someone to take me to the dealership to get my car once it was ready. The Auffenberg place (Ford) where my husband takes his truck will pickup the customer if they do not have a way to get their vehicle. No one wants to just sit in a dealership and wait longer than an hour.
Service including Auto Butler completed sooner than the promised time. Rob has been great to work with. Will miss him. Hope best for him in retirement.
