Travis was super helpful and extremely courteous! I pulled into his service drive and advised him I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but accidentally at the Loma Linda dealership and without hesitation Travis wrote me up and informed me he take care of me right away and within an hour my Civic Type R was serviced and washed. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and his transparency! Amazing experience!
