A little longer wait than what I usually experience. Wasn’t sure how everything went since I did not receive a receipt with updated mileage numbers. Dennis was a bit overwhelmed, the cars seemed complete but may have been backed up returning them? I never received a complete text or phone call that my car was ready. I was quoted a 2 hour wait and it took exactly just that. I appreciate Honda service but could definitely do without the attitude. I experience attitude from all the works there. I’ve tried to go to other Honda’s to have my car maintenance unfortunately I have to get them done in Corona.

Updating a recall for your car should NOT take 4 hours ! So much more to say about this. Somebody should call me or I’ll be calling someone.

Eric provides outstanding service. When I drove into the entrance of the Service Bay, Eric immediately approached my vehicle and greeted me. I told him I was visiting in Corona from NorCal. I explained that our air conditioning was our but more importantly there was a high pitched “whining” noise from the front engine when driving our Honda Civic. Eric told me to exit the dealership and we drove art for several blocks. Of course, the noise didn’t appear but nonetheless, Eric recommended I leave our vehicle with him and his Team would put the car through a diagnostic test. Eric called me and said the noise was coming from our brakes which were virtually gone and the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We are a Honda Family, having multiple Honda’s over the last 30 years. Eric is without a doubt the most thorough, professional Service Adviser I’ve ever experienced. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic. You have a star in Eric who even wished me Happy Father’s Day as I was leaving. Thank you, Tom Bruce

Yonic provided me with fantastic service. He kept a my updated throughout the process. The service did take all day which I was not expecting but Yonic made sure I understood each step of the process. I’m grateful for the car wash however, there were marks left all over the car and windshield that I did not appreciate.

You guys didn't check all the fluids, and my crv 2018 keeps having the same problem with the tires sensor light on the dashboard, my wife has to go at the dealership once a month for you guys fixed the problem she has an appointment next Tuesday and I hope you guys fix the problem with my crv, thank you
