Juan was extremely responsible and respectful with me and his customer service was off the charts definitely a good guy and I would recommended anyone to go thru him to get their car serviced.
Advisor Dennis Palacio was not helpful. He failed to contact me for update on my vehicle. When I was there 30 mins after the estimated time that my car would be done. Dennis was too busy talking nonsense/personal conversation with a group of his client while myself and another was in line which he does not acknowledge we were there. He continues exchanging personal conversation with the first group for at least 10 mins. I has to finally spoke up to ask if my car was ready, i saw it parked ready to go but I has not receive any phone call to let me know my car was ready to pick up. He then told me he still need to verify if the repair tire was cover by the warranty. But I has dropped off my vehicles from 11 to 3:30pm. I am not satisfied that my services has been done but my warranty has not been checked yet.
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Travis told me my car would take up to 2 - 3 hours to be finish so I decided to get a ride home. He calls back in 15 mins to tell me it’s done. How could he have been so wrong? Does he not know what’s happening around him on a slow Sunday? Furthermore, The moment I get back, he tells me my car still isn’t done and that he’ll come get me when it is. I wait for ~20 mins and see my car parked outside as he’s just sitting at the desk. No assertiveness or initiative to get up until he sees me begin walking to my car. Extremely poor customer service and will mindfully not berequesting any Honda services from Travis in the future

Didn’t feel rushed, clear communication.
It took 3.5 hours to do a service that I was told would take 2 hours. I didn’t get updates unless I asked. They also didn’t wash my car well - the floors were half vacuumed and the car was still wet outside. I asked for someone to finish drying it, but nobody ever came. Such a bad experience.
He is the best, he has taken care of me for years, an asset to the Spreen Honda company.
