Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation, as per the service code on the dashboard. I don't even think the tires were rotated. I requested the front passenger tire to be inspected because it had lost enough pressure to get the low pressure indicator twice. I had to inflate twice. The very same tire is showing low pressure again, front passenger side.

I’m from out of town but I needed the oil changed on my 2019 Ridgeline as I wouldn’t be back home for a few weeks. I brought it in and they told me it would take about 2 hours for the service. Got all my info and told me where I could wait. I got a text that they had received my vehicle for service and another text when service was done and it was going to get washed. Since I was traveling it was a great touch that it got washed and because I told home I would be traveling for a couple of weeks he made sure they did an inspection and let me know my tires, breaks and everything was good and no issues. Thanks for the great service!
