I arrived with my car at 8:30 for an oil change. Dennis told me there are no services for a car wash and it would just be an oil change and tire rotation. I let him know I’d be staying while my car is getting service and he was aware. I figured it be at least two hours since that’s how long it usually has been in the past. After 3 hours I noticed most of the people that were there with me when I arrived were gone and new people were showing up. I saw Dennis come in and out throughout the waiting area grabbing people and he would look at me and just walk away. At the 4 hour mark I figured something didn’t seem right. It was just me and two other people in the waiting area. I walked outside and saw my car waiting. I expressed my frustration to Dennis and asked how long my car had been ready and he couldn’t give me a direct answer. Dennis did not go over what areas of my car needed additional work and did not give me a print out of what happened to today or if I needed my brakes changed or new tires. He just gave me my key and I had to walk to get my car myself. He was rude and unfriendly. I bought my HR-V from corona and I’ve gone to this location for all my oil changes and services. This was the worst experience I’ve had here and it was very frustrating and unprofessional.

I came 4 times for the same issue of which I could have avoided 2. This 2 is to reprogram the software as clearly stated in Honda warranty statement. This review is for the mechanic department. Dennis deserve a 5 star excellent service review. We lose 4 hours work everytime we visit Honda and incur additional 200 miles for every visit.

The service department is excellent. Much better than Honda Riverside. My wife has taken her car there twice and has had to deal with rude attendants from their service team. She will be bringing her car to Spreen Honda for service from here on out.
