Dennis was extremely helpful, he informed me of the deals available for the service I went in for. I went in on a Sunday and was informed of a possible delay in receiving my car but was able to get it to me sooner. I definitely appreciate his help and will be back for future services

Eric service was top-notch. Unbeknownst to me as my car was towed into Honda my family was experiencing a family emergency. My uncle who I’m very close with was admitted to the hospital. At the time we did not know exactly what was going on but many tests were ordered for my uncle and eventually over the course of a week he was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. As soon as Eric told me that my car would be out of commission for an extended time. Due to locating a part I rented a car. I needed to be able to go to my family and help and support as needed. When I told Eric that I had to rent a car he immediately offered me a car for free. Each time I called Eric or he called me he always asked me how my uncle was doing. He assured me that he would make sure my car got repaired and work with me so I can pick up my car and return the other car. You never know what life is Going to bring you and sometimes the news is not good. It’s nice to know that someone actually cares about getting you back on the road so I can take care of what’s important in life. I am sure that Eric is not the only person on the Honda team who helped and I’m sure the service repair persons and staff were also supporting getting my car back on the road.I sincerely appreciate all the support and quality of Repair and thank you big thank you to Eric.If you need further information please feel free to reach out to me. My sister waited over 5 hours for my car to be fixed. No one ever told her that they had ordered a part for my car or that my car had been pulled around to be taken home until the part came in. She had to ask Dennis who was not even the person in charge of the car what was going on. Andy was no where to be found. It frustrating for my sister to sit there and not be told anything. Now Dennis has taken over the fixing of my car. Here is the kicker—Dennis said they don’t wash cars anymore but I got a text at 5:17, several hours after my sister picked me up from work saying my car was being washed and would be ready in 15 minutes. My sister had already left several hours before I received the text. I’m really beginning to wonder about the service at Spreen Honda.
