Sometimes it can be a dreadful situation taking your vehicle to get serviced, however that was not the case for me. I didn't bring my car in to service. And I never well as you guys told me something was wrong that was going to cost me $3500 and I got a second opinion and you were incorrect. My husband and I have called the service manager and left a message and still no return call back. Very disappointed and will never visit you again

Service advisor was great. The problem I have is I don’t feel the services are being completed correctly and the multipoint inspection is being done. Case in point my windshield wipers were ripped and the multipoint inspection report stated everything was green and good. My previous visit for an oil change wasn’t even completed when I drove off the facility all the lights came on indicating no oil, but my oil indicator was reset to 100%. Really concerning especially on my last two visit to your service department.
Spoke with Gabriel over the phone about some payment questions and he told me to come in right away. When I came in I was out a lot sooner then anticipated. Gabriel was very friendly and attentive.
Eric was great! No complaints at all.
The only thing was that my windshield wiper fluid was not tipped off. Normally when I take my car in for the oil change, they do it. This time, it wasn’t done.
