Had a very strange interaction regarding the starter or battery issue with my CRV. I even spoke with a Service Manager. I advised him to check on it and it was not commented in the 1st estimate. When I brought up the issue both employees were avoidant. In addition one of the young men in the area was laughing during this communication. I advised him it was not a laughing matter. Now 3 days after spending nearly $200. My car does not start. I kept being told that there was simply a pass and fail wirh my car and it passed! After some research I'm finding there is problem with these sensors and start up! I was also reminded that my 8 yr 120,000 mile warranty had expired! I was 123,000. I've been with Corona Honda for many years and this visit was a disappointment. With the treatment and outcome after this visit I'm not sure I will be back. I also feel like I should be refunded for service that does not serve a vehicle that does not even start! Unbelievable!

The issue with the vehicle was not resolved. There was no communication and the vehicle was kept all day to be only told there was nothing that could be done for at least another week. Poor communication, poor service.
