I dropped off my car @8am today, promised it ready by 5:30pm with a call to let me know it would be ready, but neither occured. No call to let me kno an update or to let me know it “wasn’t ready”. Arrived at 5:45pm to the surprise that my car wasn’t ready, and the service advisor had already gone home. So lack of communication is the number one issue here. Getting my car today would have made me “completely satisfied with the overall service experience” but that was a total fail. Needed my car to go out of town tomorrow, so now I need to make new arrangements unacceptable!!!

From the moment I arrived and left, the customer service was great. However, the issue for which I brought my vehicle in was not addressed. My rating is directed more towards Acura, not your dealership. If I’m bringing in my vehicle after receiving a letter concerning the issue, it should be resolved. I’m again forced to wait until Acura engineers are able to produce a repair.

Robert is very customer focused and kept me informed as to the progress and expected turnaround time.
