I appreciate that he and Chad helped with my car and there was no charge! Everything in my car happened all of a sudden after a scheduled maintenance so I was surprised it all happened afterward. They provided me a loaner car which I enjoyed! They fixed my car and kept me up to date with changes. Very nice service and I will always have an Acura/ Honda those are the only vehicles my husband and I trust and this proves why. The service is outstanding!

Robert is amazing. He worked with me throughout the whole process and he made it easy. I just wish my starter hadn’t broken ... I needed a car repair like I need a hole in my tooth, but in spite of that, I’m very satisfied with the job Robert did.

My concerns were immediately addressed by Robert and the service team, the problem was diagnosed and the needed repair was made in a timely manner.
I have had my car coming up on 2 years and since the day I got it my brakes have squealed. I have asked several times about it and nothing would fix it. I was told Acura was aware of the problem and would send out the fix once they came up with it. Today I shared my frustration with this and how it has made me really hate my car. I apologized for my frustration but it’s just so frustrating to have a new car that squeals at all times of the day. When I picked my car up today I was told the squeal should be fixed. It was my rear brakes. Thank you Robert first for listening and second for taking action. This is the first Acura I’ve purchased, I’ve always had a Chevy. Today Robert brought some love back to my car and my feelings on Acura. I just hope that they don’t squeal in the am. Thank you Robert for your service. I appreciate you.
