Actually Chad did a very good job. I just wanted to detail what I experienced when I drove home after having the car serviced. I got the car from a family member, so I’m third in our family to have the car, and so I haven’t had the car very long though the car’s a 2009. Chad detailed three things to fix, after a 24-point inspection. One of the things that showed up was the need to clean out the fuel injectors. As a result after their cleaning, driving the car home was a diff experience with the pedal being extremely touchy to produce speed. At the stop light to leave the dealership, I stepped on the gas and it lurched forward going from a stop to going at a good rate of speed pretty quickly. I wasn’t used to that. On the freeway, I passed a car, an unsafe maneuver when raining, and the engine made a high revolution sound as the tach jumped up. So when I got home I called and talked to Chad. I asked him to talk to the one who did service on the car, I had the tech’s name, which was on the worksheet that needed my approval when Chad presented the three things to me — I can’t find it, and if you can email it to me for my records, I’d be appreciative— and he put me on hold and asked the tech. The tech said that there was smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe, and the cleanup of the injectors was extensive. As Chad said, almost like it had never been done before. The only thing I question is how the tach jumps up even with a slight depression of the pedal even while going 60. It just seemed that the previous seemed a little more normal bc the tach wouldn’t jump around so much. Maybe my foot just needs to adjust to how sensitive the pedal is w/o all the buildup of junk in the injectors. But before though, there would be a lot of the engine being at too low a speed for a higher gear, so the engine would make a lowing sound, which wasn’t natural. I’ll await the part to finish the job. Thanks for the service on the car, and if you can email me the worksheet of the three fixable items, I’d be appreciative.

The only issue is I called for an appointment and was told the earliest I could get in was Tuesday of next week. I went online and got an appointment next day.
