Excellent customer experience! From the time I arrived when Robert happily greeted me at the service driveway until I returned my complimentary loaner vehicle. Which by the way, was a new comparable SUV so I had a similar functioning vehicle while mine was being serviced. Robert explained how he was going to arrange the various services I needed that day and what to expect time wise. He even gave my a call to let me know the status and when to expect the vehicle to be done. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience! The level of care and service I receive at this dealership never ceases to amaze me. I have been servicing my cars at DCH Acura for over a decade now because the staff especially Robert and Chad are honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about the service department and Robert; he always goes the extra mile.

Roberto was very pleasant, and helpful. I was denied my first free oil change but Roberto had made some phone calls and had it all figured out by the time my car was ready and I didn't have to pay. That is great customer service. It was very pleasant experience.

I came in without an appointment after having trouble starting my car that morning. In a very short time, they had tested and replaced the faulty battery, still under warranty so at no charge. You can't do better than that!
