Roberto explained the code my car needed in service, he let me know all the things that needed to be done and gave me a price/quote since the beginning, additionally he was very helpful in answering my questions. He was very respectful and courteous.
Robert has been a great with all the issues I have with my car. He is courteous and polite. He tries to give the best customer service always with a big smile. Listens to all the issues and tries to resolve it in timely manner.
You are overcharging for the most basic oil change. Ford charged me $129 for a semi synthetic oil chang for my diesel truck that requires 3 gallons of oil! You charge $130? I will be going elsewhere for simple service from now on.

Thank you for making it affordable and finally fixed it , i hav been procrastinating because too busy at work . I will be back to hav my tailgate fixed (it slowly comes down on its own , worried it might hit my head next time ) ; and my right front window passenger side , it also closes on its own or opens , its just now working right any more . I will call for appointment next time . Thank you again .

On the work order the paragraph above the price says “regular price $119.00” and below that is a line that says misc $149.99. No staff member had an explanation for the $30 difference and I was told that it just “is what it is”. It appears to me that I am being scammed out of $30. The price difference doesn’t make sense and the $149 price was proclaimed to be a “coupon price.”
He was very helpful and assisted on getting me and my daughter to a restaurant and also setup for us to get pickup so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership for the oil change
