Great service and kept me updated on the repairs of my MDX
I am very satisfied with the service that I receive from Robert and the service team at DCH Acura in Temecula! *****Five Star Service *****
Well, I wouldn't say I was satisfied, nor was I dissapointed but I will say this. I've noticed things are always found that additional needs to be fixed or replaced anytime I bring it in. What i find interesting is the mechanics will say I need this or that and when I say, maybe next time, they never come back the next time and mention those things "I needed again" which leads me to believe you're just tryng to make stuff up to get more money. I understand a lot of money is made off repairs so you're going to try and milk as much as you can. This is bad practice and make you no better than a 3rd party mechanic shop. I take my car to the dealer for maintenance because I want to trust they are honest, but things like this make it hard to trust. Don't you thinks it's suspect when you tell me I need xyz ,but decline and next time I come suddenly xyz is never mentioned but now I need something different? How come I no longer "need" xyz again? Did it fix itself? Things like this will drive me to purchase my next car from another dealer that it hopefully more honest with repairs. Or, should I start marking things I replace on my own and see if you guys come back and tell me it needs to be replaced? Then maybe I can prove this is whats going on.

Chad did an awesome job and was very informative, even though my car still makes the noise that I took in for, the service writer did a really good job.
