Chad and his team go the extra mile love coming in for service feels like home. Coffee in the mornings when I drop off my car loaner ready and when I pick up my car cold water and beat service!! Highly recommend this place for anything

Chad, was my service. Advisor the day of my appointment. The moment I drove up to the service line. He came out right away open my door and greeted me. He was very polite and helpfu. I would always be back with him for my vehicle service.
Chad as always goes above and beyond. He explains things thoroughly and by doing so provides customers with the utmost confidence in the services performed.
My driver side seat was damaged and I was told that since it has happened on other cars it “might” happen to mine and there’s nothing the dealership will do to repair it. I was told my car was in perfect condition but now I have a damaged seat. I will refer people to Riverside Acura or Honda in lake Elsinore for better customer service.

They went above and beyond exceeding my expectations!They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns with impeccable professionalism. They were timely and efficient, getting my car done far earlier than what was expected. And they kept my favorite pastry on hand. I highly recommend this team! The service I received was very professional and pleasant. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was 15 minutes late and very stressed but my service tech was very nice about it and put me at ease. I appreciate that.
