I was waiting for my car's HEPA filter to be replaced on top of an oil change service. The car had to be brought back because to the technicians because it was sitting waiting area after oil change. This made the wait a little longer than I preferred. I was told there were several cars waiting to be serviced at the front. Chad apologized for the wait. The overall service was good.
