The car hasn’t even gotten home yet from the service dept , my husband drop by the mailbox to pick up mail before heading home , when he was starting the car it wouldn’t turn on . My husband use the jumper but it wouldn’t start . He had to leave the car there and walk home !! . I called the service dept spoke to Jessie , i must return it to the service dept again tomorrow Feb 3rd and we just paid $270 for it . Its not even 30 mins after leaving service dept ! Has not even got home yet and battery is dead again :(

I came in for a service job on my TLX. As soon as I pulled up to the station, Robert gave a welcoming greeting. What I was most impressed with, was his honesty. The service that I requested was not an easy job, and despite the fact I had my two year old with me, he emphasized it was going to be at least a 3 hour job. Anyone with a two year old understands that waiting for a service can be difficult as well as stressful. However, I am grateful for Robert and his attentiveness in updates about my vehicle. Thank you Robert for your amazing customer service and the Acura service team for a job WELL done!
