While the team members are nice/pleasant, I feel as though the overall experience is mediocre. I’ve owned a couple of Acura’s and always had them serviced at Acura dealers outside of Temecula. The service has always been more attentive and proactive. I feel like I’m being nickel and dimed at this location. I received my vehicle today and noticed the washer fluid leak was not addressed which was on the report submitted to my insurance. I was scheduled to take my car out of town tomorrow and have to make other plans because I do not trust the condition of my vehicle. I wish I could give your establishment a great review because the employees are nice but my experience has not been great. I now have to take my car back and figure out why that leak was not addressed and why it was not communicated to me, in addition to having to call my insurance. I wish the team would’ve been more attentive and not said the car is ready and good to go - when it was not.

Service was outstanding! My only comment is that I had to use the restroom and it had never before been as neglected as it was today. It even made complainting embarrassing. It made my stop feel like a low end place and I know Acura is definitely not that. I hope my comment(s) are taken with the seriousness and attention they deserve.
