I brought my car in for a starting issue. As soon as I pulled in I was immediately greeted by a service rep at the dealership. The representative asked why the car was coming in and took very detailed notes of what was wrong. I was then told they could service my car right away and when asked I was given a loaner vehicle while my personal vehicle was being serviced. They brought the loaner vehicle to me. The car was in immaculate condition, very clean and well kept. When I returned to pick up my personal vehicle the process with the service department was smoother than it ever could be. I was greeted with a smile and very uplifting vibe. I was then told the EXACT issue with my car and what they did to fix it and the entire run down on how they found that issue. My checkout process was very very easy and quick no issues whatsoever returning the loaner car and retrieving my personal car. I overall rate all the service team more than 10 because they are just BEYOND helpful and amazing! .
