it was not chad . I believe his name is Jessie Rentería. very nice and pleasant. I got my coffee, utilized the Lyft courtesy ride home . I did find a ride to the dealership. the only thing that was missing were the pastries you usually have with our coffee. overall good experience

We actually were taken care of by Jesse, he was very nice.
I dropped off my car on Saturday for the service. I waited all day on Monday for someone to call me if the service is done. No one called or texted me. I called and left the message on Robert’s answering machine, but still no one contacted me. As I didn’t hear anything from your service people on Tuesday, I walked in your place on Tuesday afternoon. I found out that my car was ready on Saturday afternoon and was sitting there. I also found that Robert was on vacation, so the phone messages weren’t delivered to other service members. I think that all the messages should be transferred to the other people who is working when someone goes on vacation.
Chad was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable with his explanation regarding my MDX. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the staff right down to Irene at the front desk. Always smiling an upbeat. Thank yiu for taking good care of our two MDX’s.
