it was not chad . I believe his name is Jessie Rentería. very nice and pleasant. I got my coffee, utilized the Lyft courtesy ride home . I did find a ride to the dealership. the only thing that was missing were the pastries you usually have with our coffee. overall good experience

You Sales man, Cristian was very helpful-he would let me go and I am very happy with this 2016 Honda Pilot. It’s not **** like other recent cars I have had in the past-but it works for me. It’s quality and so was the Service I received at your dealership. 2 Years ago I talked my Girlfriend into getting and RDX, 2018 & she lives it. I dropped off my car on Saturday for the service. I waited all day on Monday for someone to call me if the service is done. No one called or texted me. I called and left the message on Robert’s answering machine, but still no one contacted me. As I didn’t hear anything from your service people on Tuesday, I walked in your place on Tuesday afternoon. I found out that my car was ready on Saturday afternoon and was sitting there. I also found that Robert was on vacation, so the phone messages weren’t delivered to other service members. I think that all the messages should be transferred to the other people who is working when someone goes on vacation.
