I’m not the most experienced mechanic, but I understand what goes on and how things work. Everything these days is all about time and money and that what makes or breaks you in this industry. I don’t knock anything about the trade, but I understand the circumstances and situations. I’m happy that DCH ACURA of Temecula provided me the services that I asked for, but the cost is what separates the reality of things. I would love to have the warranty along with it but in order to save money I have to look elsewhere. I’ll always come here to get my OEM PARTS, but as far as services I trust my own instincts Along with over 260 years of total experience working through Honda alone.
The only thing that I could say could be improved was that they did not reset the mileage/oil indicator before I left. I did not know how to reset it for my next oil change and had to come back to the dealership to have it done. Other than that everything was perfect.
Appreciate the concern in the consequences of what can happen when the vehicle has no more function.

Was extremely satisfied with the service Bradley provided. Was impressed that the service was going to be completed within 2 hours, and it was just that. Showed up to pick up my vehicle 2 in a half hours later and it was ready to go. Will definitely continue to have my services done here. :)
