I had washed my car yesterday, so when I was offered the wash after my service, I declined. There were no paper mats placed in my car during the service and much to my surprise, there were black, dirty fingerprints on the outside and inside of my car (both side doors, hood, back hatch, and wheels) and scuff marks inside the doors. I would have thought whomever was working on the vehicle would have wiped their greasy handprints off the places inside (and outside) they touched (which would not have come off with an outside wash and vacuum regardless). Surprised and disappointed, as this was my first service on the vehicle.
