Shehata kept me informed throughout my service. I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced. I appreciated the way he personally walked over and sat down with me to explain things.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received today at DCH ACURA OF TEMECULA. I got in and out quickly. A loaner car was provided for me so I could take care of some personal business. I was so happy that my car was washed and vacuumed. Thank you very much!
The staff was very helpful and courteous. They listened to my car problems, checked for any recalls (none) and at the end of the day addressed each item. I’ll be back for sure.

The service took way too long to get my car back. I dropped it off at 7am and didn’t get it back to 3pm and when I got there it was in the process of being washed. So I had to wait another 10 mins. I ended up calling into work because I didn’t want to make a big deal about rushing my car especially with the issues it was having, I wanted to make sure the job was done right. But it took way too long in my opinion. Staff was friendly and as always the place was very clean. I would just like the maintenance to be way quicker in the future.
