Even though I have to drive far for service of my RDX, I don’t mind at all. Customer service in this location is always their priority and it is very evident from the time you pull up, when they greet you with a smile, and for being transparent on what service they’ll do, and prices, any deals or coupons. I love their waiting area, it’s very comfortable and spacious. Rose is great! Very personable and friendly. Same with Brad. I feel taken cared of whenever I’m here. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and families.
As always the customer service was exceptional. The local Temecula dealership gets a 10. Apparently Acura does a good job leading in that way. My only complaint is that perhaps Acura/ Honda are straying down the same path the American Auto manufacturers have been on for along time. For that reason I would never buy GM, Ford and Chrysler again. I have owned all three in my life time. I say that because we have had a lot of problems with our Acura MDX since we bought it new. Reliability, quality, and retained value of your product needs to improve.
