The complimentary car wash left soap spots all over the car. I could not use the side mirrors due to heavy spots. I had to go to gas station and clean the mirrors. I will have to get the car washed again tomorrow because there are soap spots everywhere and it does not look good.

He split the difference with me on the price of the battery, I didn’t think I should have to pay for, since I just had my car serviced right before Thanksgiving ,, and everything was checked & fine , after I paid almost $500.00 ( $480. Something )so I was pleased they didn’t charge me for what they did today, thank God, because, it related to what they fixed in November. Brad was very kind , when he knew I was upset.i feel he did all he could do , to make things right! Thank you, Jo Ann Thatcher
