Ashli did a great job communicating progress, the issues identified and answering my questions.
My expectations for identifying the issues was much higher. This is not a reflection on Ashli and realize this survey is to provide feedback on her service however I don’t know another way to communicate my frustration.
Resolving my issues by trial and error is not my desire as it could get costly. reassurance in the resolution I would expect to better from m the dealership. I can do this kind or troubleshooting and replacement by any shop.
Mark provides expertise delivered in a friendly professional way that comforts me and backs up the quality service provided by him and Island technicians. Clearly,they know what they're doing, and my MKC received the best service available.
