Mark is always on top of things and takes great care of my needs, and a most pleasant person as well
Other than not leaving my keys on the office since i was at work and missed my call and when I called back was sent to voicemail so I had to figure out a ride back and made it at 5:30 and the office was closed. Then needed to find a ride home and there in the morning and I am a single mom, I had to drop my son off at summer school, my daughter at daycare and run there to make it to my meeting at 8 am on all while trying to get my car by the time the doors opened at 7:30 so I can possibly make it on time to work the transaction was frictionless and quick.

This is the second time we have sent this vehicle to you saying the infotainment system was broken. We even had video this time showing that it just turns off and we can't use air conditioning or stereo, but you once again are returning the vehicle unrepaired. This is the opposite of the service promised when I leased this Lincoln. I will definitely be returning the vehicle when the lease is up. I'll be contacting corporate to inform them of your ineptitude and unwillingness to fix the vehicle.
