Graham is a great guy. He’s always extremely accommodating and friendly. I’m on my second Lincoln purchased at Island Lincoln. My third will be based on truly excellent service received there over the years. I have no complaints.

As I went to get in my car after work , I am having the same issue as when I took it in a week ago..I just got the car back last night...now I can’t get another appt until next Wednesday..Brad is lovely it isn’t his fault that the issue isn’t resolved..it is just frustrating being without my vehicle for over a week and I have not even had it back 24 hours and the same issue!

I pulled in to the service center about 4pm with an “emergency situation” which just happened to occur right across the street. Brad came out and looked at the problem and immediately made me feel better with his knowledge and his take-charge and calm manner. He got a mechanic, Jared, to take a look. They quickly diagnosed the problem, located the parts, completed the work and had me on the road by about 5:15 - after quittin’ time. I am beyond impressed with both of these fellows and their commitment to customer service. Thank you! They were my heroes today!

Ashli was great as usual. Hopefully they figured out what was wrong with my car...it is a little tiring bringing it in so frequently for the same issue :(
