There are black marks on on and around the visor from technician who repaired the visor. No need to contact me, will try to remove the black marks myself. Just wanted you to be aware of what happened.

I bought a $3000+ Lincoln Protect warranty with the understanding that I would pay a $100 deductible. I came in for a recall repair and to have 2 items checked. I was informed by this service writer that I would have to pay a $165 additional diagnostic fee if it happened that one of the items wasn't covered. No thanks. I am very disappointed and very unhappy with this situation. Prior to this I have always had excellent service from your dealership with Mark who happens to be out at present. This is my fifth Lincoln and my third MKT and I have never had an experience like this. I live in Winter Park FL and have been driving to Merritt Island for service out of loyalty to you folks.
