Simple oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours. Then when I got in my car the tire warning light showed left rear tire was 3 lbs low,I would have thought checking and correcting tire pressure would be part of service. Very unhappy with service. Brad was very nice.

I called twice to make an appointment and left voice mail both times and never received a call back. I finally had to drive there to make an appointment in person. Bring back the quick lube lane. It was much easier for oil change and tires rotated.

I had never personally been with Brad always Mark, Mark was always so helpful. My appointment was at 9:30 seen my car go in at 11:14. I eas waiting upstairs in Tiki. So was Brad for over an hour. I went down at the same time,stopping at BR than receiving a call from Bard. When I come back first of year I only want to deal with Mark a true professional. Courtesy to his clients.
