My vehicle was brought in for a recall where the transmission needed some type of download to reprogram it. They did the work and I had my vehicle back in a timely matter.
My issue couldn’t be fixed. Not Ashli’s fault. Just can’t be done.

Actual work went unaccomplished a second time. Something is going wrong on the work floor. Service rep understood well what needed to be done, but work performed was incomplete. Now a 3rd visit needs to be accomplished
