I bought my 2008 MKZ, new, from Island Lincoln. I have continued to have it serviced by Island Lincoln. The service provided by Graham Ohlmann has always been wonderful. He is consistently courteous and helpful. He goes out of his way to provide status concerning my car.
I typically use the Quick Lane for oil changes including "The Works". I rely on the results of the multi point inspection to keep my car running smoothly. One of the reasons for my last visit to the Quick Lane (22 Apr 2019) was to get four new tires put on my car. I stopped in on 12 Apr 2019 to have the passenger side front tire checked out since it kept going flat. The tech did not find any leaks or holes. Graham pointed out that the tread was getting low and that I would be needing tires in the near future. It was my decision to go ahead and replace all four tires. I made the appointment for 22 Apr 2019. After the work was complete (23 Apr 2019) I mentioned to Graham that the results of my last multi point inspection (approximately 3,000 miles ago) didn't indicate that my tires were getting bad. In fact the multi point inspection gave all four tires a "green" rating. I was told the tech that inspected my car had been "pencil whipping" the multi point inspection. How often has this been the case? This information is very disturbing to me. I do not appreciate the deceptiveness. I thought I was getting a service that would help me be proactive in taking care of my car. I do not know what shape my car is in now.

I’m currently considering trading in my 2012 XJ L for something new. The terrific service that Ashli has provided me over the last several years (wife had a 2004 S-Type) has actually weighed heavily into my decision to stay w/ the Jaguar brand for my next purchase.
Although they did not solve the mystery of the errant display, Ashley was easy to deal with and we will keep trying so guess.
