Although I would prefer the time spent waiting be less. I do appreciate the thorough inspection in the overall maintenance of my car. And the value of the service is very reasonable.

1st of all you couldn't get lug nuts off but said I need rear brakes? You said I needed tires and my tires are new with only 5000 miles. The price to fix sunroof cover was $1700 but when I came to get car only $600. I did not authorize anything other than recall but oil got changed $49 interested cause the pkg with rotate was only $60. I looked at new Continental but after that disrespected visit with service trying to rip me off I will not be back for anything. I traveled from West Melbourne thinking I would get treated right; that was not that case. You have lost my business.
My schedule dilemma was solved and the work done to great satisfaction.
