Left $150 in the loaner car and it’s disappeared when I called to have service department look. Besides that everything was fine

Brad Sweitzer is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He always answers my questions/concerns. He always keeps me updated on status of service and if vehicle service will take longer than expected. He also makes sure a loaner vehicle is available. I feel Brad goes beyond the "normal " to exceptional towards providing a great customer experience. If you don't open on Saturday I can pick it up on Friday I have appointment on monday morning on the la d rover of Orlando so I can get a different opinion because I have taking it 3 time to yall and it always comes back with the same problem with in days of picking it up and I need to get another expert opinion on it

Mark was courteous, professional and very helpful and friendly. Our main complaint was fixed without issue.
We still have an issue with either road noise or rough engine which may not be totally resolved until car can be driven at higher speeds. It’s one of those nagging issues that’s not critical but you can tell something is not right. We’ve had 4 Lincoln’s now 1 Cartier and three MKT’s this is the first that hasn’t been remarkedly smooth and quiet.
Mark did do a full engine check and found nothing, it will probably take a bit more documenting on my part and investigation. Once I’ve pinpointed the issue better I’ll bring it back and given the great service we’ve received in the past, I’m sure Mark and your service team will be able to resolve completely.
One more note, just general feedback regarding your longer term plans to relocate in the Melbourne / Viera area I can say our next purchase will almost certainly be with you. The location in Merritt Island is very time consuming and hard to get to with no real interstate access.
Once again Mark has provided exceptional service over the years and based on our experience I will continue to recommend your dealership to others.
