I have always trusted Kemna's with my car. All the employees are great and easy to work with. I had to drop it off and get a lift to work, so they were able to let me pay ahead of time as It would be after they closed when I could get my car. The only downfall was I had to wait over 5 minutes for assistance when I got there. There was one guy at the desk, and on the phone.

I believe price was different than last time. Not sure why discount isn't offered to state employees like at Ford and Gram tire.

Found oil filter loose and leaking oil. Since it was only serviced at your shop that narrows it down as to who did it I do not know..i did tighten it bit since I can't get under the car I dented the filter when I tightened it up. Moat places wash and vacuum the car also. One of the reasons I have it serviced rather than do it myself..Maybe I'll just have to make time to do my own again.
