Everyone in the service department was great. Very disappointed in the vehicle and the fact that we will not be able to get the part to fix the tech problem. We’ve never encountered issues like this with any of our other vehicles over all the years of ownership of different Acuras plus there are issues with the brakes making noise at slow or back-up that there are no solutions and I have to drive for a period of two weeks or two months with no convenience of Bluetooth, radio, XM but have to listen to a loud crackling noise while driving. Acura should reimburse us for the inconvenience and the nuisance of driving with that distracting noise and without the benefit of the use of the audio features and screen

Service area check in too noisy. Other advisors on speaker phone, way too loud. Other advisors had no respct for customers, talking over others and Couldn’t here my advisor. While waiting for work to be done was looking at new vehicles. No sales people were willing to help me with questions. I gave up and will buy from another dealer

Nick was so professional and kept me updated on the status of my service. It was very nice that he brought my car inside, as it was raining, and I stayed dry!
