I brought the car in for a Oil change back in April and I discovered that they also rotated the tires (back in April)even though I didn’t ask them to do this. I was expecting to get a tire rotation today however I found out I couldn’t because I am only allowed one and I received that back in April even though I didn’t ask them to do that. So I may have to get the tires rotated in the near future.

Jose did not communicate with me when my car was done. I had to go in search of him when I saw my car parked in the out lane. My appointment was at 10 and was assured that I’d be out in the time he had said. It was not. My thanks to Nick who took care of the paperwork to enabled me to pay for the service on my car.
