I was told it would take 30 minutes but was over an hour including 30 minutes just to wash my car. I had to get back to work snd had thought the estimate provided was somewhat close.

I will say the service was very good, however the Acura driver side windshield wiper for our 2016 RDX is extremely unsafe and should be recalled. 10 minutes after leaving with newly installed wipers, a four inch wide gap of uncleared windshield appeared. Very unsafe to drive. When staff noted I didn’t have original Acura wipers, I had forgotten when or why we switched. As soon as I saw the uncleared glass, I remembered we had the exact same issue the last time we bought a new driver side wiper, and we switched to Safelite AutoGlass wipers. We paid extra to switch out the entire wipers, now I paid extra to switch back to Acura. Very disappointed.
