I feel it's too much having to pay $180 just to have a mechanic hook his computer to my car and push a button to recalibrate the seat sensors.

Jose was very professional, very thorough, and very efficient. He was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent ambassador for McGrath. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back and work with them. Dealing with him made me feel good about my purchasing decision, including my decision to bypass Highland Park Acura. I live in Deerfield.

The advisor who I discussed everything with the day before told me he would be be in the next day so I wouldnt have to go through every thing with someone else. He was not there when I came back and If I had known he wasnt going to be there I would have preferred transfer to Jordan at the first visit . Jordan who took care of me at my return appt did fine but I still had the stress of going through everything again as the first advisor hadnt detailed our discussion points. Doesnt do much for building my trust.

Jordan Willis was excellent, but the car is vibrating now and it wasn't when I brought it in They did a tire rotation, but it feels out of alignment so I need to bring it back in...thx, Bill Holmes
