Nicholas was great and extremely helpful and supportive. I have issues going on with things missing after a trip to the tire shop and he took the time to walk me through the details and so much more. He was great!

Whenever I go for an oil change, the service department comes up with unknown issues and insists that some things need to be fixed immediately even though they don’t. The labor costs are too high and I felt next time onwards I can work with other car repairing services to address these issues.

The people who served me were nice and professional. No complaints. I have had an Acura for 7 years and assumed that I would just get another next year. But I looked at my bill $2400 and 2/3 it’s labor. You guys are charging me over $400/hour. Crazy. More than a partner at a law firm. I know that organizations like your make money on service rather than car sales. And I see value on going to your dealership and having experienced mechanics and a service log etc. - but I think you are going too far with this. I am fine with you doing well - but you are going too far.

This was my first time getting our Lexus serviced at McGrath Acura of Libertyville. I had a very pleasant experience, Kelli ****was extremely courteous and friendly. There were no delays and appreciated the prompt vehicle inspection results. We will be returning! Thank you!

Easy online appt, early and flexible service hours is huge plus. 7am appt kept on time. Car retuned early while waiting. Service rep was incredible , professional, Knowledgeable. Great team, great Sevice.
