Kelli was super helpful and kept me informed about the inspection. She and Nick patiently answered all my questions about the service needed and addressed my pricing concerns. Kelli kept me updated about the service and helped me have a smooth experience while my car was being worked in and arranged a loaner for that time period. She has been an amazing contact person throughout. Kudos to her.
