At checkout, The 15% Sunday discount was not provided. They then said that only labor was to be included in the discount which is not described in the coupon email. It eventually was corrected but should not have been an issue in the first place. The only reason I came on Sunday was for that discount. Also, I am very upset that your service dept sent me a text with a number of “ failed” issues on my car. In reality, these were “recommended”issues based on the mileage on my car. I do not appreciate the implication that I needed those issues to be done to keep my car running. I use both your dealership and the Palatine dealer. Not sure I will use your dealership again.
