The rep was good. My problem is anytime I bring my car in your list of recommendations is ridiculous. I brought my car in for an oil change and your people/ the computers because I’m About to hit a certain mileage make $5000 worth of recommendations for repairs when there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. No normal mechanic would make those type of recommendations.
