Muhammed was FABULOUS to deal with. I am disabled, and on crutches, and when I arrived, he immediately directed me to sit comfortably, and that he would come talk to me while I was more comfortable. He was very thorough, pleasant, and made an otherwise normally unpleasant activity into one that had me smiling and happy. I will definitely be checking out the dealership for my next new car, just based on my 1st time ever service experience there. :)
