I took my vehicle in for maintenance and a tail light recall (one tail light was out). We also thought that at over 70k miles that brake replacements were coming. I received a call that my call was ready for pick up. I drove to Vernon Hills to get my car to find out that only one of the tail lights was replaced. I was told both would be replaced. I was also THEN told that my brakes needed replaced and asked if I wanted them to do it. Yes! This could have been discussed over the phone and I would not have needed to drive to Vernon Hills in the middle of the day. Instead I was told that I could keep the loaner as if they were doing me a favor. Of course. How would I get home? My recommendation is to have these conversations over the phone before people drive there.
Nick provides amazing Customer Service hands down. I am always satisfied when I leave this dealership .

My recent visit was outstanding. Muhammed was a delight to work with. He was friendly, professional, and got me back on the road quickly. Would love to work him again.
I am completely appalled by the lack of respect or sense of urgency displayed bu this location. I came in for a simple recall inspection, a process in which I was told via paper work, would only take 20 minutes. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by nothing but rude manorisms and off putting behavior. I was told
My repair would only take an hour. I waited in the lobby for two hours. Needless to say, I was pretty ticked off. I never revived one update on my vehicle while others received them frequently. I had to ask an employee 3 times when my car would be ready. I drove all the way from Kenosha, Wisconsin for this repair just to wait for two hours in a loby for a simple recall. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend it to any of my peers. This is utterly ridiculous.

Jason was knowledgeable, genuine and worked with us to get our 2006 Acura repaired. Jason explained the job performed thoroughly and answered our questions.
