I just bought my Acura 2/25 and already told that I am due for brakes and tires. When I purchased the vehicle I was told there wouldn’t be any near-future expenses and that tires still had 60% tread. Drove nearly 8,000 miles since my purchase but was told 13,000. I had to refer to my contract and realized that information was wrong and I don’t appreciate the misleading business.

First, appointment system on website didn't work so that I had to call. Even the phone number on website is wrong so I had to call main line. Second, the information pulled out from system was totally wrong such as wrong address, phone number, and email address. Totally mixed up.
